We specialize in commercial, goverment and military fire protection systems and are committed to quality, safety, and code compliance. Position Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations including project coordination, estimating support, CRM management, and communication with clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. No fire sprinkler experience required — we will train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage and update CRM system (tracking leads, projects, and client communication) Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients, contractors, and vendors Assist with estimating support (reviewing plans, organizing takeoffs, preparing proposals) Coordinate project schedules, inspections, and field activities Order and track materials and deliveries Maintain organized project files and documentation Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders Assist with billing support and job tracking Communicate with field teams to help resolve day-to-day issues Qualifications 1+ year experience in construction, office administration, or coordination role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, email, and software systems (CRM, Excel, etc.) Ability to read construction plans is a plus (not required) Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license Preferred (but not required) Experience in construction, plumbing, or fire protection Familiarity with estimating or takeoffs Experience with CRM systems or project management software #J-18808-Ljbffr UV Fire Protection Systems Inc
