Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Our Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support corporate financial reporting, consolidation activities, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. This role offers exposure to executive leadership, strategic business initiatives, financial reporting, and technical accounting matters across a diverse portfolio of operations and investments. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this position will play a key role in preparing financial information for internal and external stakeholders while helping maintain compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the accounting, analysis, and ongoing monitoring of corporate investments and strategic initiatives Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and supporting analyses Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP Assist with the preparation of external financial disclosures and regulatory reporting requirements Maintain supporting documentation for internal controls, audits, and compliance activities Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate transactions and business initiatives Participate in process improvement projects and financial systems enhancements Perform additional accounting and finance projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 2–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience Public accounting experience preferred CPA certification or progress toward CPA is a plus Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems, consolidation software, or financial reporting tools preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment What You’ll Gain Exposure to executive leadership and strategic business initiatives Opportunity to work on complex accounting and reporting matters Broad visibility across multiple business units and investments Career growth within a collaborative and high‑performing finance organization Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr FX Staffing
