Continuous Improvement Manager

Continuous Improvement Manager We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and accelerate the continuous improvement initiatives of our client in a manufacturing environment. This individual contributor role will partner closely with department leaders and production teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve processes, and drive operational excellence throughout the organization. Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Collaborate with department heads and production floor personnel to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions. Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable results. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
