Dolly Parton's Stampede is seeking an experienced, driven, and people-focused Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is more than an operations position-it is a growth opportunity for a strong leader who is looking to develop toward a higher operational-level role within the organization.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in the overall success of the attraction, providing leadership and direction across multiple operational areas, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Maintenance, Guest Services, Safety, and overall daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands hospitality, knows how to lead through other managers, is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to grow professionally within a dynamic entertainment organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ( Including, but not limited to):

• Serve as Manager on Duty for a high-volume, fast-paced themed dinner attraction.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple departments, including Food & Beverage, Retail, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
• Mentor, coach, and provide direction to Department Managers and other leaders.
• Serve as the attraction's Safety and Loss Control Coordinator, promoting a strong culture of safety for employees and guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout employee and guest areas.
• Partner with contractors and internal Maintenance teams on facility maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects. MUST have hands-on experience.
• Monitor daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, employee development, performance management, and accountability across operational departments.
• Help ensure company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations are consistently followed.
• Step into leadership responsibilities as needed and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead the operation in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of progressive management and leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, attractions, food & beverage, or a related industry.
• Previous experience leading multiple departments or teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead, coach, and hold other leaders accountable.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
• A strong understanding of guest service and the importance of the overall guest experience.
• The ability to balance people, operations, safety, and financial performance.
• A willingness to be hands-on and actively engaged with the operation.
• A demonstrated desire for continued professional growth and advancement.
