Currently the firm is building out their capabilities in Investment Banking and PE Consulting Services. Lead and manage fast-moving, research-heavy consulting projects that require strong coordination and teamwork. Gather insights by interviewing key industry leaders, reviewing existing research, and using the firms decades of experience as a leading Industrials-focused Investment Bank and advisory platform. Build clear, engaging presentations and reports that explain findings and tell a strong story. Present recommendations directly to senior executives at client organizations. Contribute to new thought leadership that contributes to the firm’s perspective and expertise within the Industrials sector. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or information systems; MBA or similar master’s preferred. 5 years in professional services with strong consulting or M&A experience; Financial Due diligence, M&A Advisory, private equity or investment banking backgrounds are also valuable. Strong project manager with experience leading teams in fast-paced environments. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong EQ and a history of hitting goals and driving results. Confident leader who can make good decisions even with limited information. the ability to support and coach junior team members. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Clear, confident communicator with strong writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
