Strategy Consultant - Industrials - Hybrid

• Lead critical workstreams across strategy and transformation engagements for Industrials clients and PE-backed businesses
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and commercial evaluations
• Solve complex strategic problems and develop actionable recommendations for executive leadership teams
• Build executive-ready presentations, board-level materials, and investment narratives
• Work directly with Partners and senior leadership on client management and engagement execution
• Present strategic recommendations directly to C-suite stakeholders and investors
• Support practice development, thought leadership, and broader growth initiatives across the platformTarget profile:
• 4–6 years of experience within Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Transaction Advisory environments
• Prior exposure to Industrials sectors including manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, packaging, transportation, engineered products, or building products strongly preferred
• Experience working on growth strategy, operational transformation, commercial diligence, or performance improvement engagements
• Strong executive communication and client-facing capabilities
• Advanced analytical and presentation skillset across Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred
• MBA preferred but not required
