Schedule
Weekend expectation: 2-3 weekends per 8-week schedule (may be in-house or on-call)
Call: 7-8 calls per 8-week schedule

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- RN licensure in the state or Compact license required
- BLS certification
- Previous circulate AND scrub experience required
- Familiarity with Epic and Pyxis

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Main Operating Room across multiple specialties.
- Assist with both circulating and scrubbing duties for various surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during operations.
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgical interventions.
- Participate in maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Document patient care and surgical details accurately in the electronic health record.

Compliance / Notes
- Max 7 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) per contract; RTO must be finalized at submission.
- No RTO during orientation week.
- Major holiday coverage expected as per policy.
