What Your Role Entails

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to foster sustained progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on the path to recovery.

Education Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications to enhance professional development

Licensure and Certifications

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Current certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is necessary
