Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that will empower them to continue progress at home.
• Document and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy plans as necessary to guide patients towards their goals.

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continued learning through additional certifications is encouraged and supported

Licensure and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
