As a Front Desk Agent, you are at the heart of the guest experience. From the moment a guest arrives until the moment they depart, you'll help create a personalized, seamless, and memorable stay.

You'll serve as a knowledgeable and gracious point of contact, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, reservations, and more. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and handle challenges with professionalism will help ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

Education and Experience

• Previous front desk, guest services, luxury hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, service-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other hotel departments.
• Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and following hotel security and privacy procedures.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to sit, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday as needed.
• Ability to operate computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in person, by phone, and through written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
• Must maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby presence.
• Must follow all hotel health, safety, security, privacy, and emergency procedures.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable to job responsibilities.
