Wayne Overhead Door Sales & Home Improvements is looking for a motivated Roofing & Exterior Remodeling Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.

• $75,000–$110,000 annual earning opportunity , based on experience and performance.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

In this position, you'll be involved in the entire project process, from the initial homeowner consultation to the successful completion of the job.

Estimating & Customer Relationships

• Meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, and recommend appropriate exterior home improvement solutions.

• Perform on-site measurements and prepare accurate, professional estimates.

• Present proposals, explain product options, and secure projects.

• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and dependable service.

• Follow up with prospective customers and identify new opportunities.

Project Management & Coordination

• Oversee exterior remodeling projects from the estimating stage through completion.

• Coordinate material orders, product specifications, and supplier deliveries.

• Work with installation teams to ensure projects are properly scheduled and prepared.

• Monitor job progress, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

• Help resolve project challenges and keep jobs moving efficiently.

• Maintain accurate project records and follow through on completed work.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility.

• Experience in construction, exterior remodeling, estimating, or home improvement sales preferred.

• Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, entry doors, and gutters is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to measure projects accurately and understand construction requirements.

• Confidence in presenting estimates and working directly with homeowners.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and project management software.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional attitude.

Industry experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider motivated candidates with strong sales, leadership, or project coordination skills who are eager to learn.
