This is the opportunity for you! As a Project Manager I, you will manage projects from design through release and program closeout, ensuring successful delivery to customers. You will develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters. This role typically involves managing simpler projects and serves as an introduction to people management.Responsibilities:Manage projects from design to release, including project initiation, execution, delivery, and closeout.Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Identify necessary resources for projects and coordinate their allocation.Interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters.Manage simple projects such as studies, small task orders, Internal Research and Development, Level of Effort, services only, spares, or projects with minimal deliverables.Serve as a Control Account Manager on larger programs as needed.Track project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators.Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.Adapt to changes and remain flexible to ensure project success.Ability to travel up to 25% internationallyCapacity to work in office 4 days per weekQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience.Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
