Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a local pet care client in Laramie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with both people and dogs and wants to be part of a positive, customer-focused team.

Our client is dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for dogs and their owners. They believe pet care is about more than supervision. Their programs are designed to support dogs' mental, social, and physical well-being through structured activities, enrichment, and individualized attention.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting pet owners and their dogs with a friendly, positive attitude
Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling appointments and managing reservations

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
