Looking for a finance manager for Our Valenti's of westerly Campus. We have both Toyota and Subaru Franchises so you will get opportunities to deliver Vehicles for both. Responsibilities * Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process * Process all legal and non-legal paperwork for each Sales Transactions * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Follow through with all Contracts in Transit to ensure funding is complete * Communicate with office manager/Title clerk to ensure Titles & Registrations are processed in a timely fashion * Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes * Partner with General Manager and Owner to plan and run Finance Department * Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance Qualifications * Automotive dealership management experience preferred * Experience with CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds Dealership Software Tool * Experience with Darwin Dealership Software Tool * Experience with Vehicle Service Agreements and aftermarket product sales

Excellent communication and customer service skills
