Real Estate Investment Associate - Senior Housing

A leading real estate investment platform is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join its Team . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate finance professional with experience in seniors housing, long-term care, or another commercial real estate lending sector , with a strong emphasis on healthcare real estate . The successful candidate will support the underwriting and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions, with exposure to assisted living, skilled nursing, and other seniors housing and long-term care assets . Candidates with multifamily or hospitality lending experience will also be considered, with the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in healthcare real estate. Key Responsibilities: Support underwriting and due diligence for commercial real estate lending opportunities Analyze property-level financials, cash flows, leverage, and credit metrics Assist with transaction structuring, loan sizing, and credit analysis Support execution of financing transactions from underwriting through closing Conduct market, property, and borrower analysis as part of the diligence process Work closely with internal teams, borrowers, brokers, and other external stakeholders Develop expertise across seniors housing and long-term care real estate Qualifications: Analyst / Associate-level experience in commercial real estate lending, finance, or investment Strong preference for experience with seniors housing and/or long-term care properties , including assisted living or skilled nursing facilities Experience with bridge or balance sheet lending is highly preferred Experience at a HUD financing platform is also highly relevant Multifamily or hospitality lending experience will be considered Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and credit skills Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities This role offers a strong opportunity for a commercial real estate finance professional to build specialized expertise in seniors housing and healthcare real estate lending , while gaining exposure to the underwriting, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
