• M & F: 7 am - 5 pm | T, W & TH: 8 am - 5 pm
• Open to a 4-day work week schedule
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Seeing all ages -- family practice
• Standard primary care procedures required
• 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity
