Job Description


Summary: St. the facility North is looking for OBGYN coverage in their clinic at Women's Health the facility and Thorton. Coverage per day is at either location, they will not be working in 2 different locations in the same day.

Tier 2: Hourly: $441-$500 and below Schedule/Availability Requirements

• Mon-Thurs or Mon-Fri: - 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• Ongoing dates will begin Nov 2026

• Mon-Thurs, or Mon-Fri: - 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• Facility Location: SAN Women's Health the facility Parkway, Westminster CO 80023 & SAN Women's Health Thorton.
• Providers will work 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other for the full 5 days per week.
• Setting: Clinic No Trauma/Not Rated
• FTE: 1
• Required Procedures/Job Duties (Clinic only): Colposcopy, IUD insertion, LEEPs, endometrial biopsies, reading ultrasounds.
• Required Procedures/Job Duties (Hospital only): Hysteroscopy, D&C, & hysterectomies.
• Required Job Duties: Must be able to perform all job duties including OB and GYN.
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: MA
• Reason for Coverage: Provider is leaving
• Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): not consistent in the clinic

EMR Required Training

• Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into "applicant in training" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account.
• Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual (PPL) training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
• First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training, before first day details can be released.
• All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.

• When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic?
• What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?
• Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo to documents section.

• We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working. Can you disclose?

• Preferred Lodging: Candidates must be willing to stay at one of the preferred hotels only and must request the prenegotiated rate at time of booking to be considered.

Credentialing Information

• Timeframe: 60 days standard, 30 days or less for temps

• Frequency of work at each facility: 2 shifts at one location and 3 shifts at the other. Not working at both sites on the same day.
• Requirements: Self inquiry NPDB report must be provided and CO license or Active IMLC to release preapplication.
• Requirements: Preapp and full app must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of initial app to allow enough time for AD account creation for EMR requirements. Once both are submitted, provider is moved to "applicant in training" which initiates AD Account creation for provider EMR account and can take up to 5 days before release of EMR training requirements.
• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No
• Emergency privs? Yes, with clean file.

• General OBGYN with templates set up for 15 minute follow up visits, and 30 minute new patient visits.
• Mix of Gyn and OB.
• Office has Ultra sonographers, so interpreting sonograms is expected.
• Patient volume is 18-20 per day depending on the mix of new and returning patients.

• Board Certified OBGYN [REQUIRED]
• Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) [REQUIRED]
• Active BLS [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Required to obtain during credentialing
• Active DEA [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date [REQUIRED]
• Candidate must be available for the dates detail in the job description and must disclose which of these dates they can cover through October to be considered [REQUIRED]
• Candidates must acknowledge they understand the requirement to stay at the preferred hotel detailed in the job description when rooms are available [REQUIRED]
• Candidates must be able to interpret sonograms and must disclose they are able to perform. [REQUIRED]
• Candidates must detail the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site [REQUIRED]
• Clean MP/Background [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed in priority over those that do not include this.
