Senior Data Engineer — AWS & Databricks

Location: Seattle, WA / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ / Charleston, SC Work Model: Hybrid - 1-2 days/week Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and deliver modern data platforms using AWS and Databricks . The role focuses on hands-on data engineering across ingestion, transformation, and warehousing for structured and unstructured data. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions across AWS and Databricks. Build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions. Establish standards for data quality, governance, reliability, and platform scalability. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with AWS services across compute, storage, orchestration, and security. Deep experience with Databricks , including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, cluster management, and job orchestration. Strong experience across the data engineering lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, and warehousing. Experience working with both structured and unstructured data. Preferred Skills Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and frameworks. Manufacturing industry experience.
