This team plays a critical role in supporting the governance and oversight of PIMCO’s registered funds, including preparation of board materials, coordination of complex disclosure processes, and management of recurring regulatory workflows. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, Account Management, Product Strategy, Trading, and external parties to support fund board activities and respond to client and trustee inquiries.The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
