Bilingual Immigrant Youth Case Manager

Global Refuge

Global Refuge is seeking an HS/PRS Case Manager to provide essential case management and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children in Chicago. Reporting to the Regional Supervisor, this role involves assessing the safety of care placements, connecting families to community resources, and conducting regular home visits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, experience in child welfare, and fluency in Spanish.
