We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Immigration Case Manager/Paralegal to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal / Case Manager to join our Chicago team. 4+ years of business immigration experience with cases such as H‑1Bs, L‑1s, TNs, E‑2s, and employment‑based green cards. Organized, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented – the kind of person who proofreads until it’s perfect. Enjoys working on exciting cases in sports, music, influencer, and startup immigration. Part of a close‑knit, collaborative team that values harmony and supports each other. Enjoys great benefits, including 4 weeks of PTO and a paid Winter Break from Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. Can work in our Chicago office 3 days per week. Pay & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $65,000. Annual bonus. 4 weeks of PTO per year – we strongly value life outside of work. Paid holidays & “bonus” holidays when the office is closed. We are closed each year for Winter Break between Christmas and New Year’s Day, and everyone receives paid time off.
