Paralegal - Immigration

Office Locations: Chicago We have an opening for an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. This position will provide exposure to a variety of cases and you'll have overall responsibility for case preparation and communications for client relationships. Key Responsibilities Create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes Communicate with clients and employees by e-mail, telephone, and through our case management system. Who Are You? Minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills required. Experience with immigration case management systems preferred. Benefit eligibility is dependent on hours. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago is $72,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.
