Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. What You’ll Be Doing Learn daily operations through hands-on training Work directly with customers and team members Assist with team goals, reporting, and performance tracking Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What helps you succeed: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
