Program Details The Management Training Program spans 2 to 2.5 years and covers five key areas of the electrical wholesale business through a modular approach. It aims to develop future leaders capable of overseeing multi-million-dollar locations upon completion. Responsibilities & Opportunities Participate in comprehensive training programs Develop leadership and business skills Potential to advance into management roles Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Sales, or Management) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities Additional Details This is a full-time, entry-level position with a base pay range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
