Sales and Service Resident Property Manager Reports to: District Manager FSLA Status: Non‑Exempt Position Status: Full‑time Location: La Habra - S Beach Blvd, CA Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Sunday 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work weekends Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour + housing accommodations provided Travel: 10‑25% of the Time Job Description Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance Conduct daily property walk‑throughs to confirm spaces are ready to rent Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential functions Requirements Effective 5/7/25 – must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center Previous retail, restaurant, fast‑food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self‑storage experience is a plus Physical Requirements Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds Walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining property curb appeal Benefits Outstanding benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan Multiple bonus programs, including competitive sales performance bonuses Work regular business hours – no late nights or early mornings Mileage reimbursement for work‑related tasks Paid time off for vacations, holidays, and sick time Industry‑leading training program Opportunity to grow – over 65% of field leadership has been promoted from within Equal Opportunity Employer Westport Properties, Inc. is an equal‑employment‑opportunity employer.
