Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or at start of assignment.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• New graduates will not be accepted. Prior experience with outpatient EMR systems preferred; experience with Raintree is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include two evening shifts per week (until approximately 7:00 PM).
• Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Employer will provide reimbursement for required training as specified by the client.
• Preferred: experience managing productivity targets (approximately 55–63 patients per week) and familiarity with 4x10 scheduling.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30.
• Schedule expectations: 40 hours per week. Clinic may require availability for two evenings per week (until 7:00 PM) and openness to 4x10 options.
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Productivity expectation: approximately 55–63 patients per week.
