Greet vendors when they arrive. Gather information about services offered, answer questions, explain fees, etc.Help other team members with various tasks as needed. Be a team player! Assist other departments as needed.Skills:Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Build rapport with clients. Communicate clearly. Maintain confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent our company and our clients. Be able to write clear concise messages for customers and employees without sacrificing grammar or syntax. Adhere to standard grammar rules when writing correspondence such as emails or letters.Must have strong math skills including the ability to calculate the total cost of repairs for different vehicles or services at different intervals while keeping accurate records.
