Electronics Manufacturing Associate Vancouver, WA

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing electronics production team. In this role, you will assemble electrical control boxes and circuit board components using hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

• Assemble electrical enclosures and components using hand and power tools.
• Route, pull, and terminate wires according to engineering specifications.
• Install doors, panels, and other mechanical components onto electrical assemblies.
• Operate basic production equipment and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Support production goals while adhering to company quality standards.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns promptly.

• Experience using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, crimpers, drills, or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hands-on assembly tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience assembling products such as furniture, vehicles, appliances, computers, or similar items is highly valued.

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical or mechanical assembly experience is a plus but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Vancouver,WA.
