A highly reputable law firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team. If you have experience with insurance defense/ premise liability and are looking to take the next step in your career, this may be a fit for you!

Background Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability and Construction Defect
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in Florida and in good standing
• This is an on site role
