This role involves developing a centralized recruitment strategy, managing recruitment processes, and partnering with project leaders to ensure a high-quality experience for early talent. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, especially in early career recruitment, and a solid understanding of the construction and engineering sectors.
