Responsibilities Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans per the patient’s needs and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensure the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and program delivery. Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and available community resources. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required. Certified CLS or completion of the first 90 days of employment required. Preferred Qualifications Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association preferred.
