Service Coordinator I

Position Overview Trane Technologies – Service Coordinator, Trane Valley View, OH. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, control, and direct activities of operational resources. Coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work, procuring labor and materials to meet financial standards. Communicate with field technicians, service managers, and other departments to set priorities and dispatch controls and HVAC technicians. Manage customer interactions, investigate concerns, route them to appropriate staff, and respond to special requests. Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward documentation to project administrators, and produce reports. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service skills, comfortable on the phone. Organized, able to multi‑task and prioritize amid daily interruptions. Detail oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Salary & Compensation Annual base salary range: $41,641.66 – $67,300.00 (USD). Hourly incentive eligible: No, sales commission eligible: No. Compensation based on seniority, merit, location, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
