Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses(LVN) for an exciting opportunity in Brenham, TX!
Licensed Vocational Nurse Details:
- Contract: 6 Months with the option to extend
- Hours: 5:45am-2:15pm, 1:45pm-10:15pm or 9:45pm-6:15am
- Must work 3 weekends/month
- Schedule: 8x5
- 40 hour/week
- Pay Rate: $36.84/hour
- September Start Date
- Unit: Psych
- Orientation: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for first two weeks

Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Licensed Vocational Nurse Requirements:
- TX State LVN License
- BLS Required
- Previous experience in long-term care, mental health, behavioral health
- Minimum 2+ years of strong LVN experience
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks
