Job Title: LVN/LPN

Duration: 3- 6 Months

Location: 4001 Highway 36 South Brenham, TX 77833 (Brenham State Supported Living Center)

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Openings:

3 Positions: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
5 Positions: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
2 Positions: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Requirements:

Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must be available to work 3 weekends per month
Must attend all New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education sessions

Orientation:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Approximately 2 weeks
Attendance and punctuality are mandatory

⚠ Important: Candidates must be fully credentialed, employed, and ready to start immediately upon offer. The facility cannot accommodate a standard 2-week credentialing/onboarding period at this time.
