What Youll Do:/pulliIncrease sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs/liliAssists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels/liliConducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management/liliPlans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing/liliPromptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program/liliProvides excellent customer service/liliMaintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately/liliAnswers phones and assists customers/liliMaintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers/liliMay balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments/liliMay cross train to perform other duties/li/ulpWhat Youll Need To Have For The Role:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred/lili1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred/liliExceptional customer service skills/liliAbility to handle multiple tasks/liliAbility to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner/liliAbility to handle problems and facility successful outcomes/liliFlexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management/liliStrong computer skills/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
