About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth. This individual will own the sales process from initial outreach through contract signature, working closely with company leadership while helping shape the next phase of the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Lead discovery conversations and solution-based sales engagements
• Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support continued growth
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a new business sales environment
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Strong prospecting and business development capabilities
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling SaaS, analytics, data, or business software solutions
• Background selling into manufacturing, construction, field services, or operational business functions
• History of career progression and increased responsibility
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth company environment
