Company & Location Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Located in Bexley Stockyards – Germantown area, Nashville, TN. Compensation Hourly rate starting at $21/hour (equivalent to $43,680 salary) with quarterly bonuses based on experience. *Sign-on bonus details discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression and voice of our community. Your duties include: Guiding prospective residents through leasing processes Building strong relationships with current residents and the team Handling customer service, sales, and administrative tasks Addressing resident concerns, maintaining property appearance, and supporting resident events Qualifications Strong communication skills – great listener, confident and warm in person and in writing. Customer‑first mindset – love helping people and solving problems under pressure. Positive energy and enthusiasm, day‑to‑day. Team spirit – willing to help out beyond individual responsibilities.
