Handle real estate acquisitions and dispositions and sophisticated joint venture transactions. Independently manage significant components of transactions while working closely with integrated deal teams. Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, coordinate diligence, and drive matters toward closing. Work with collegial, team-oriented lawyers who are invested in associate growth and development. Candidate Profile At least three years of relevant real estate transactional experience. Experience independently managing components of financings, acquisitions and dispositions, or joint ventures. Strong analytical, drafting, communication, business judgment, and client-management skills. Excellent academic credentials and references; current New York admission or eligibility for admission.
