About the Role\n

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. Qualifications\n

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (required)
\n • Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain licensure
\n • Active DEA registration
\n • Strong commitment to full-spectrum primary care
\n • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
