Sales Consultant (Construction)

A field-based role for someone who already knows masonry and concrete cold. DiBara Masonry is a fourth-generation family business in Los Angeles, known for high-quality masonry, concrete, stone, and restoration work across residential and commercial projects. As the company centralizes its sales consulting function into one dedicated expert, we're looking for someone who can walk a job site, diagnose it accurately, and earn a client's trust on the spot. What makes this role different: This isn't a cold-calling or lead-gen sales job. Every appointment is pre-scheduled by our office team — you show up as the technical expert, assess the project, and price it using our established formulas. After the visit, you send job notes and videos to the office, and our internal team handles the proposal, contract, and standard follow-up. Your job is the expertise, not the paperwork. A typical week: 4 field days on site, roughly 5–6 appointments per day across Los Angeles County 1 day reserved for priority follow-ups, secondary site visits, virtual consultations, and supporting high-value clients Some virtual estimate calls mixed in Base of $85,000–$150,000/year+commission (depending on experience) 2% commission on closed projects Company vehicle and gas card Medical insurance What you'll bring: 10+ years of hands‑on, in‑field masonry and concrete experience (commercial and residential) Deep technical knowledge: block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, drainage, waterproofing, precast, and blueprint reading A track record of building trust with clients through technical credibility, not just sales pitches Comfort managing a full field schedule while still being reachable for high‑value client needs Ideal backgrounds: Grew up in a family masonry/concrete business Spent years in the field and advanced into a client‑facing or estimating role Owned and ran a masonry/concrete company If you've spent your career in the field and are ready to be the expert clients rely on — without giving up your trade knowledge for a desk — we'd love to talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr LMK Recruiting Solutions
