We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment reliability, production line performance, and preventive maintenance within an industrial glove manufacturing facility. Ideal for candidates with strong leadership and hands‐on mechanical experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintenance Supervisor (Glove Production Lines)

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities across glove production lines within an industrial manufacturing facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous production by supervising technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and responding to mechanical or electrical issues on the line.

The supervisor works closely with production leadership, safety teams, and engineering to maintain high operational standards and ensure all equipment—including formers, dipping lines, ovens, conveyors, pumps, motors, and control systems—operates safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks and priorities.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance on glove production lines.
• Ensure proper functioning of dipping line equipment, ovens, conveyors, pumps, motors, and control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
• Coordinate repairs, part replacements, and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Train technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
