License/Certifications: Valid OT license in Oklahoma, NBCOT certification required

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all care in compliance with regulations
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient response and referrals
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about patient progress and care plans
• Supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as required
• Ensure compliance with NBCOT and state practice acts, maintaining ethical and professional standards

What You Need

• Valid occupational therapy license in Oklahoma
• NBCOT certification
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
