Patient Concierge Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Concierge Coordinator to join our team! You will work alongside other medical professionals to provide exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Insurance verification, billing, and prior authorizations
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling, checking in and out patients
  • Product inventory
  • Communication with other medical professionals

​ Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental billing a plus
  • Previous experience in patient care or other medical fields
  • Knowledge of dental and medical terminology
  • Ability to build rapport/relationships with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem solve
