Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

Medina, OH

Medical or chiropractic office experience 1 year needed

What We're Looking For

Strong communication & multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, patient-focused attitude
Comfortable with computers and office software
Medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule Details (Please Read!)

Hiring a Full-Time
Hours vary weekly based on availability, vacations & office needs
Office hours fall between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Typical scheduled hours:
- Mon / Wed / Thurs: 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Tues & Fri: 12:30 until 6:00 PM
- Saturdays required: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  
  Flexibility is a must

What You'll Do

Welcome and check patients in and out
Answer phones and assist patients in person & electronically
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Collect copays and support billing tasks
Maintain patient records (paper & electronic)

This role requires standing for part of the shift.
