Restaurant General Manager
A growing hospitality group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a new concept within a full-service hotel in Midtown Manhattan. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to build a high-performing team, drive success, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy, fun environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience. Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer. Proven leadership experience with team development and performance management. Hands-on operator with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence. Flexible schedule, comfortable nights and weekends.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house teams while fostering a positive culture. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, building guest relationships, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
