Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Starting Pay $28 - $35/hr (depending on experience)

Shift Openings:

Days (M-W 6am-6pm & Th 6am -11:30am)

Nights (M-W 6pm-6am & Th 6pm - 11:30pm)

Location: Randolph, WI Area

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on facility and production equipment
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies
Document maintenance activities and repair records accurately
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Vocational training, technical schooling, or related maintenance certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
Experience working with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems preferred
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical documents, and operating procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders
Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
