Warehouse Coordinator

Top 5 Required Skills:
• Previous Forklift experience
• Good Attendance/Reliability
• Standing and moving required for full shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the warehouse with day-to day operations.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Driving route deliveries as necessary (Post Office and Vendor deliveries and Pick-ups).
• Maintain a clean warehouse and efficient workplace.
• Perform other tasks within the scope of the role as necessary.
• Perform Inventory tasks when required including daily, monthly and yearend inventory processes.
• Process incoming packages: track and deliver to appropriate departments (FEDEX, UPS and Outside Vendors).
• The Picking and Delivery of Internal Orders to Departments. (Paper Stock, envelopes and other supplies as needed).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• This position requires long periods of standing and walking.
• Bending and lifting are required.
• Must be physically fit and able to safely and repeatedly lift, stack, pull and carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License, or the ability to obtain a valid Driver's License.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Hands on experience using forklift or electric pallet jack
• Team player, excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug Test
• Fast-paced, reliable, and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and multi-task

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Education Verification).

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to read and understand written or verbal instructions, work specifications, and use basic math.
