Sr. Vascular Sales Rep - Grand Rapids,MI

Medtronic seeks a senior vascular sales representative to drive territory growth by promoting peripheral vascular products and therapies. The role involves developing new accounts, managing physician relationships, and achieving revenue objectives across an assigned geographic territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify and pursue new account opportunities using full product portfolio
- Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling
- Provide clinical support and product training to medical staff and care teams
- Manage territory operations including account coverage, compliance, and expense control
Requirements
- High school diploma and 8+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Valid driver's license with active auto insurance and acceptable driving record
- 4+ years B2B or medical device sales experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
- Ability to educate medical staff on products and clinical applications
