Property Manager

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually Join the team at Decatur Box, in Richmond, VA as a Property Manager, leading the operations of a thriving apartment community while driving financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and staff leadership.
