We are seeking a full-time Master's Level or Independently Licensed Clinician to work in a compliment of our regional Clinical services including residential program in Methuen, MA and Community based Outreach in Massachusetts and southern Nh. Total Compensation: Salary: Generous starting salary*: Master's Level Clinician $70,000 - $73,000. Independently Licensed LICSW or LMHC Clinician $75,000 - $80,00. A $5,000 hiring bonus is provided in 2 installments, $2500 after the completion of 3 months and $2500 at the completion of 6 months of employment. *Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years’ experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection trauma-informed care framework, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases. Insurance: Generous company contribution of over 90% of medical and over 70% for dental premiums. Tax-advantaged Dependent Care savings account. Generous employee referral bonus program. Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology. One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings. Licensed in the state of MA preferred, as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. A driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment. Responsibilities: Work within a team to provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and formulate individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy sessionsutilizing evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engage children, youth and families. Utilize electronic health record system and state platforms to document and submit case documentation. Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care. Independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise intern field placements. The position is not remote, requires working a scheduled to include one day each week intoearly evening hours (until 8pm) to accommodate families and children’s schedules, and participation in the paid on-call rotation schedule. The Key Program supports children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well‑being..
